We are very pleased to announce that Man has been selected for the fourth year running as a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index and the Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index. The DJSI features only those companies assessed as being in the top 10% of the biggest 2,500 companies in the Dow Jones Global Total Stock Market Index, as judged on grounds of sustainability (economic, environmental and social criteria).

Launched in 1999, the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices are the first global indices tracking the financial performance of the leading sustainability-driven companies worldwide. Based on the cooperation of Dow Jones Indices and SAM they provide asset managers with reliable and objective benchmarks to manage sustainability portfolios.

Currently more than 70 DJSI licenses are held by asset managers in 16 countries to manage a variety of financial products including active and passive funds, certificates and segregated accounts. In total, these licensees presently manage over 8 billion USD based on the DJSI.

Membership of these indices enhances our overall business reputation, makes our shares eligible for Socially Responsible Investors, and gives confidence to our shareholders, investors and employees that we operate at the highest levels of corporate responsibility.
